Key Role: Work as a contributing team member in the Booz Allen corporate quality office to achieve quality objectives and performance goals. Participate in the planning, operation, and sustainment of the organization CMMI rating and ISO certification, and other quality offerings. Coordinate and manage assessments and audits for proper implementation of quality standards. Provide quality management oversight for one or more programs or projects. Apply process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and best practice principles in support of modernization and improvement. Participate in defining, monitoring, and analyzing performance measures to identify and implement improvements.
Basic Qualifications: -7+ years of experience with software quality management -7+ years of experience with implementing the CMMI for Development (CMMI-DEV) at Maturity Level 3 or higher -Experience with participating on a SCAMPI appraisal team -Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint -BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications: -Experience with implementing CMMI-Dev at Maturity Level 4 or 5 -Experience with implementing the CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC) -Experience as a CMMI SCAMP B/C Team Lead and SCAMPI Lead Appraiser -Possession of excellent interpersonal skills -Training or certifications in other process improvement related areas, including Lean Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL, or RUP -ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification
