The Medical Molding Program Manager will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL and will be responsible for leading a team of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services. You will also support the development and implementation of the project, pricing, and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets
Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
Provide support, knowledge, and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the program.
Manage the coordination of product lifecycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various complexities.
Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
Be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
Support production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through leadership and expertise.
Coordinates program activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
BS in Engineering OR Equivalent work experience
3+ years’ of program management experience in medical molding
Must have knowledge of injection molding, validation processes, and statistical analysis
Experience with MS Suite, specifically MS Project
Experience in the Medical Device industry
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
Managed more than 1 Customer Accounts at any given time
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
New Product Introduction (NPI) experience is preferred
