Summer Intern – Transportation Bloomington, Champaign, or Peoria, IL

We have an exciting opportunity for a Summer Intern to work within our Transportation Engineering group in either our Bloomington, Champaign, or Peoria, IL office. Qualified candidates will have an opportunity to work with a team of experienced transportation engineers on a variety of transportation related projects. In this role, you will gain experience in the following:

• Design of various transportation and traffic projects
• Preparation of construction documents
• Construction administration
• General project and office/ field support

Specific Requirements include: 

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited Civil Engineering program, with a concentration in Transportation or Traffic preferred
• Computer proficiency with Word and Excel
• Microstation and/ or AutoCAD experience, desired
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be at least 21 years old by the time the job starts, May 2018
