We are seeking a Customer Support Quality Manager with a patient, friendly, and positive attitude to support our Grand Rapids, Michigan facility. Strong candidates for the Quality Manager role will have the following background and experience:

• Passion for problem solving and ability to mentor others in root cause analysis, counter measure selection and implementation.
• Ownership and accountability for team performance, personal growth and commitment to others
• Data driven approach to problem solving and decision making
• Effective communicator who can understand and deliver information in a clear, open, honest and accurate method
• Dedicated to teamwork and putting the value of team success before individual interest
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Previous experience with automotive quality systems and corrective action process in a manufacturing environment
