We are seeking a Customer Support Quality Manager with a patient, friendly, and positive attitude to support our Grand Rapids, Michigan facility. Strong candidates for the Quality Manager role will have the following background and experience:
Passion for problem solving and ability to mentor others in root cause analysis, counter measure selection and implementation.
Ownership and accountability for team performance, personal growth and commitment to others
Data driven approach to problem solving and decision making
Effective communicator who can understand and deliver information in a clear, open, honest and accurate method
Dedicated to teamwork and putting the value of team success before individual interest
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Previous experience with automotive quality systems and corrective action process in a manufacturing environment
