About the Position: ESA is seeking an Air Quality Engineer or Scientist with three to ten years of technical expertise in air quality analysis with specific work in emissions modeling and assessments. Successful candidates will have experience with CEQA/NEPA impact assessment, and experience using air quality models such as AERMOD, CalEEMod, OFFROAD, EMFAC, AERSCREEN, EDMS, MOVES and HARP. Position also requires familiarity with other regulations and standards, and CEQA Guidelines. Requirements: Experience doing transportation impact analyses, technical memos, traffic modeling and GHG analysis is also a plus. Successful candidate will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or Sciences with strong computer skills and excellent written/oral communication skills. Position is located in Sacramento.
