Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Operations Research/Systems Analysis Army Liaison who has Department of Defense staff officer experience.
Our ideal candidate will understand and execute this position's critical piece: maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders and serving as the Research Facilitation Lab's (located in Monterey, California) Operations Research/Systems Analysis (ORSA) onsite representation.
Successful candidates will assist a DoD-level organization in identifying resources and challenges to implementation of a broad portfolio of DoD-wide initiatives to include pilot programs, dashboards, and academic research. Applicants should be able to demonstrate superior communication skills, both written and oral, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
BA/BS in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or other related degree with 15+ years’ experience, or a MA/MS with 13+ years of experience.
Must have demonstrated experience with projects utilizing the following:
Stochastic modeling and simulation
Linear programming and network flows
Design and analysis of experiments
Must have an active Secret level clearance or higher to be considered for this position
MA/MS in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Data Science
Experience on senior Army staff
