Job Requirements:

• Proved proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2011/2012/2015
• Full proficiency in drafting 2D drawings (e.g. plan views, cross sections, profiles)
• Ability to work with external references
• Full proficiency in working with both model and paper space features
• Full proficiency in working with plot style tables and plot setups
• Full proficiency in utilizing map 3D features
• Full proficiency in working with “Planning and Analysis” workspace (Tool-based Geospatial and Task-based Geospatial in previous versions of AutoCAD Civil 3D)
• Ability to work with ESRI shapefiles
• Ability to work with AGIS Survey files

Other Required Qualifications:

• Ability to take a deliverable from draft to submission
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Dependable and motivated individual
• Strong attention to details
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work within a deadline and as a part of a team
• Oversee the file management for project drawings
• Establish CADD standards and monitor compliance
• Provide guidance and direction to planners and other CADD drafters
• Provide input on CADD needs with respect to equipment, hardware and software
• IT support capabilities relevant to CAD

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ArcGIS for AutoCAD, MicroStation, Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Familiarity with construction drawings
• Background in airport related projects
