The Eugene Water & Electric Board is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to perform a variety of complex work in forecasting, finance simulation modeling and utility-wide financial operational process analysis. The successful candidate will prepare and present long term financial plans and budgets to the Board with reasonable assumptions developed in collaboration with teammates and colleagues in other divisions. The Senior Financial Analyst will assist in developing assigned Electric and/or Water budgets, long term financial plans, and rate proposals. The successful candidate has the ability to help shape EWEB's financial direction by collaborating with staff throughout the utility on a long-term financial plan.

Minimum Experience: Six years of experience in the assigned area of responsibility.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
Desirable education, experience, training and certifications: Master's Degree or CPA preferred.
Equivalency: An equivalent combination of experience and education may be qualifying.
