Job Technical Skills - Seeking an individual who stays up to date with current developments in area of expertise.
Creates, updates, and/or reviews land base exhibit drawings and easement data for use within the LES GIS system. Coordinates discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
Designs technical drawings, visualization models, and maintains related records. Performs updates to GIS/CAD system records and databases utilizing applicable software.
Creates output from GIS/CAD systems, including plots, reports, and drawings for various departments, contractors, utilities, and government agencies.
Completes field survey of projects and facilities utilizing survey equipment including Lidar scanners and applicable software.

Ability to apply knowledge of GIS and/or CAD software and systems.
Ability to apply point cloud and 3D modeling principles.
Ability to apply knowledge of transmission, substation, and distribution design principles.
Ability to apply knowledge of architectural and engineering design plans.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree in related field, and
Two years of GIS/CAD or drafting experience, or
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
