Assistant Project Manager/Bid ManagerJob Description:The primary role of this position as an Assistant Project Manager (APM) is to support the project manager in the full range of contract documents and construction process. The APM takes an active role in and guides projects and project teams in each phase of work including scoping, design, construction documents, pre-construction, construction, close-out, and post-construction services.The APM develops and maintains positive relationships with clients, consultants, and the construction team.
