As a Quality Management Software Program Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining key aspects of the organization’s Quality Program within the Quality Management Software application, Q-Pulse. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining infrastructure for the Quality Management Software, leading and supporting process improvement initiatives and ensuring the smooth, timely and proper operation of all aspects of the Quality Management Software.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree, or 6 years of equivalent combination of education and work experience.
A solid understanding of Quality Systems requirements and principles.
Proficient in MS office, including Word and Excel are required.
2 – 4 years of experience in Document Management required.
Prior experience in editing Portable Document Format required.
Quality Systems, process improvement or Lean experience preferred.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the OPO industry or healthcare preferred, but not required.
Quality Management Software experience required.
Communicates effectively with all levels of personnel, the ability to function as a team member required.
Cope with high stress levels and heavy workload. Self-motivated, flexible, work both independently and as part of a team required.
Strong organizational and analyst skills, detail oriented, ability to research information, draw conclusions and make recommendations required.
The ability to write reports and business correspondence, effectively present information to Leadership and interpret a variety of instructions (i.e.: written, oral, diagram or schedule form) required.
LifeShare, created in 1986 as The Oklahoma Organ Sharing Network, is a nonprofit, federally designated organ procurement organization (OPO) dedicated to the recovery of organs and tissue for transplant purposes. We work closely with four transplant centers (OU Medical Center, The Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center, INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center, and St. John’s Medical Center) and 145 healthcare organizations in the state of Oklahoma to facilitate donation. Additionally, we strive to raise awareness for organ, eye and tissue donation and transplantation through public education.
LifeShare Transplant Donor Services of Oklahoma is located at 4705 NW Expressway in Oklahoma City. The 21,109 square foot building was completely renovated both inside and out. LifeShare has an in-house communications center for tissue screening and a fully operational clean room to enhance kidney pump operations. There is a secondary office located in Tulsa and tissue recovery center in Oklahoma City.
LifeShare has approximately 100 staff members responsible for various tasks including organ, eye and tissue screening and recovery, medical management of potential donors, quality control servi...ces, bereavement care for families, public education and awareness, hospital development and basic administration.
