CRC is currently recruiting for an EH&S Manager. This position will be directly responsible for developing EHS strategies to continuously improve EHS programs to meet and exceed regulatory and customer expectations, and delivers on the safety culture vision of "safe is how we do things."  

1. Responsible for overall company compliance with federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to environmental, health, safety (including PSM), DOT, and security regulations.

2. Responsible for developing EHS strategies to continuously improve EHS programs to meet and exceed regulatory requirements and customer expectations, and delivers on the safety culture vision of "safe is how we do things."

3. Responsible for providing technical expertise to all key business functions including Engineering, HR, Maintenance, Operations, E&D/QC, and Sales.

4. Responsible for the quality of work of the EHS specialist and EHS tech.

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety Management or Chemical Engineering or related field.  At least 7 years of experience preferable in an industrial chemical manufacturing facility.  Proven track record of successful EHS compliance and culture improvement.  Must have strong verbal and written communications, excellent organizations skills and attention to detail is required. Must be computer literate in Word, Excel, etc.  CIH, CSP, CHMM, or related certifications preferred.
