The Illinois Department of Transportation is seeking to hire a Bureau Chief of Innovative Project Delivery for the Office of Planning and Programming. The successful candidate will, subject to management approval, serve as Bureau Chief of Innovative Project Delivery for IDOT. S/He develops, directs, and manages the innovative project delivery program for major transportation infrastructure projects and serves as departmental spokesperson regarding innovative project delivery.

Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college, preferably with courses in finance, business, finance, law, political science, public policy, civil construction, project management, or public administration.
Requires prior experience equivalent to three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization.
