Synray is seeking a Plant Manager at its Kenilworth, NJ, facility. Prior knowledge of operations involving reactors and handling flammable materials is required. Must be familiar with Coatings CARE OR  SOCMA chemical stewards program. Supervising maintenance department and lead shift supervisors and set production schedule.

Salary based on prior experience in our industry. Benefits are matching 401K plan and family health plan, and end of year bonus directly tied to profitability of company.

We are an "open book" company and have a history of no layoffs. Company is experiencing rapid growth due to the coatings industry current situation with supply chain problems and limited capacity due to plant shut downs.

Mechanical aptitude helpful. Must be computer literate, good communications and leadership skills. Familiar with 5s and LEAN programs.
