Postdoctoral Fellow-Soybean Phenomics and Physiology-Abiotic Stress
Job description: Conduct research to understand the genetic and physiological basis of soybean performance under different abiotic stresses. Duties: Responsibilities include evaluation, identification, and characterization of soybean lines with desirable traits related to abiotic stress tolerance. Collect, analyze and interpret phenomic and physiological data to determine the genetic control of abiotic stress tolerance and adaptation, prepare manuscripts, supervise undergraduate students, help project director in report preparation, grant proposal writing, and coordinate and collaborate research activities among people engaged in this area within and outside of the University.
