Under the direction of the SBCOG/SBCTA Chief of Air Quality and Mobility Programs and the Energy Project Manager, the Energy Management Analyst II plans, organizes, and performs a variety of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities in support of the Inland Regional Energy Network (I-REN).
