JOB SUMMARY: This is a senior executive fiduciary appointment position that reports to the Executive Director and leads the strategic planning and operations of shared services, with responsibility for three departments and multiple divisions, including Customer Service, Information Technology, Sanitation, Fleet Maintenance, Composting, Materials Recycling, and GIS. Oversees and has discretionary control for all day-to-day operational and administrative decisions. Working through a team of department directors, managers, and first-line supervisors, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective utility operations.
