The Quality Systems Manager leads all aspects of the ISO program for Red Wing Shoe Company and ensures continuity of certification at all locations.  This position is also responsible for assuring complete and accurate Quality Systems Procedures for all locations and that all required training is completed. The Quality Systems Manger will lead and direct a team within the Quality Department to assure compliance with all existing and future quality system. This position will collaborate cross functionally to evaluate the quality systems and performance of suppliers as necessary. This position also deploys and owns relevant software and related training across the whole organization. The Quality Systems Manager will coordinate with quality engineer(s) and/or analysts and provides quality
