POSITION SUMMARY Under limited supervision, this position has the overall responsibility to plan, organize, and direct assigned resources and consultants of Moorhead Public Service’s (MPS’) electric engineering and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) functions. This position develops, revises, interprets, and enforces practices, procedures, and standards for engineering to ensure compliance with regulations intended to maintain a safe and reliable electric system and protect MPS’ investment in plant property.
