The Capital Projects Services (CPS) Division in the Land Use & Transportation Department is looking for a Senior Right-of-Way Agent. The Position The Senior Right-of-Way Agent acquires and leads property rights acquisition tasks needed to construct roadway and other projects within Washington County. They manage all aspects of the eminent domain acquisition process in compliance with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. This may include property rights negotiations with property owners (in person), understanding property law practices, valuation methodology and appraising land based on zoning.
