Supervisory Control: This position reports to and receives direction from the Executive Director. Responsibilities: The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the management of CCSWA’s financial, accounting, and business affairs as directed by the Executive Director and Authority Board.  These responsibilities include, but are not limited to financial reporting, treasury functions, annual budgeting, auditing, cash, and investment portfolio, financial assurance, customer service and market development, management information services, administering insurance programs, and human resources management.  In conjunction with the Executive Director, the Chief Financial Officer assists in preparing, updating, and reporting
