Responsibilities: Develops formulas, processes and methods for solution of technical problems Analyzes organic and inorganic compounds to determine chemical and physical properties Develops, implements and maintains a timely and effective evaluation system to ensure products meet desired specifications Conducts research to develop and improve products Prepares technical papers and reports Prepares standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products and tests Provides assistance to sales staff for interpretation of sales order applications, application design, technical drawings/blueprints and product compatibility to reduce customer complaints resulting from misapplication of products
