Duties and Responsibilities: Manage national customers / affiliates concerning Fire / Life Safety inspections, service repairs and installations through phone calls and email. Review Fire Life Safety inspection reports and assessment work orders, creation of deficiency estimate requests, customer quote preparation and work order creation. Project Manager will provide technical support for the Customer Account Managers, assigned customers and affiliate partners. Work 40+ hours as work load requires. Additional duties as requested.
