Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage national customers / affiliates concerning Fire / Life Safety inspections, service repairs and installations through phone calls and email.
Review Fire Life Safety inspection reports and assessment work orders, creation of deficiency estimate requests, customer quote preparation and work order creation.
Project Manager will provide technical support for the Customer Account Managers, assigned customers and affiliate partners.
Work 40+ hours as work load requires.
Additional duties as requested.
Experience:
Five or more years of Fire Life Safety experience required.
Fire Alarm or Fire Sprinkler & Backflow experience required.
TX Fire Alarm Planning Superintendent License or NICET III in Fire Alarm or Water Based Systems Design & Layout is recommended.

Ability to effectively provide both written and verbal communication.

Able to work effectively in an independent and team environment.
Strong computer skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
