CHESTER COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY   POSITION DESCRIPTION   OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT   Supervisory Control:   The Operations Superintendent reports to and receives directions from the Executive Director.   Budgetary Control:   The Operations Superintendent has an authorized purchasing limit for tools and equipment of $5,000 (this limit does not include parts, consumable materials, and equipment repair).  Purchases over this amount must receive the prior approval of the Executive Director.   Responsibilities
