GENERAL PURPOSE The Director of Utility Engineering, P.E. is responsible for overseeing, directing and coordinating Water and Wastewater Utility operations and advising the Town Manager and Waterworks Board/Town Council on engineering-related infrastructure planning, utility design and implementation, and for addressing public needs related to utilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Duties include, but are not limited to:   Supervises and manages all daily Water and Wastewater Utility divisional staff and operations. Works in collaboration with the Director of DPW for allocation of staff resources and equipment for the efficient operations of both DPW and Utility
