We are seeking an Operations Superintendent. The purpose of this position is to supervise, coordinate and schedule the District’s Operation Department employees in a manner that ensures maximum continuity of service, efficient operation of the District’s electrical system and economical use of personnel, equipment, vehicles and materials to facilitate accomplishment of the District's mission and goals.

Education, Experience and Training: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in electric utility operations.  Continuing education or college level courses preferred. In addition, supervisory skills, training and experience is required, and experience as a Superintendent or Line Crew Forman is preferred

Other Requirements: Must pass a District physical examination and be able to perform essential job functions, have a valid Washington State driver's license; a valid Washington State driver's license with Commercial Class A and air brake endorsements is preferred.  For employees moving from out of state, they must obtain a Washington State license in accordance with Washington State law. Must have a safe driving record.
