Position Summary Employees in this position are responsible for overseeing District or Section operations including but not limited to construction, maintenance, materials laboratories, electrical and mechanical facilities, project development, structures, and roadway systems. The incumbent is designated as the District Bridge Engineer and reports to the District Highway Director. They are responsible for addressing all Bridge project development and design needs and issues required to reduce the number of structurally deficient bridges and improve the health index of bridges in the District.
