SUMMARY Responsible for managing, planning and providing leadership for the Solid Waste Program, Zero Waste Initiative, Recycling Program, Yard Waste Program and Commercial Waste Program, Development Review (as related to solid waste management) and Strategic Planning for the solid waste program and the Zero Waste Initiative projects (including planning, development, implementation and analysis).
