This is a highly responsible professional position directing the activities of Land Management Services  (responsible for overseeing Class I and Class III landfill operations, onsite and offsite yard/biomass waste management, landfill gas/leachate construction support, grounds maintenance (including stormwater management system maintenance), onsite waste reduction program, closed landfill maintenance/care, and odor/litter control programs). Responsible for organizing, planning, directing and coordinating the activities of Land Management Services including the responsible utilization and tracking of the established budget.
