The Quality Engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining documentation tasks within the Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment. Major accountabilities include managing compliance with the QMS document specifications, writing or updating work processes and or work instructions, audit schedule, PPAP documentation process, tracking performance metrics, corrective actions, and managing the quality training matrix. The ideal candidate will have senior level experience in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System documentation, auditing and performance metric reporting, as well as excellent administrative, written and oral communication skills.  Experience with IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP and/or PFMEA is a plus.
